Wash, then using 3 cups of water to 1 cup 'rice', bring to boil. Stir once & simmer in a covered pan for 45 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Storage Information: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours Cooking Instructions: Rinse in cold water. Add 1 part rice to 3 parts water. Bring to the boil then simmer for approximately 40 minutes until the water is absorbed. Ingredients: Wild Rice (Zizania Palustris).
