A delicately smoked version of the ever-popular Eden Chieftain, we smoke with apple and oak woods allowing it to mature in the package to give it a mild and rather moreish flavour. Using the Eden Chieftain, which is usually over 12 months old, gives this cheese a really mature flavour to offset and complement the smokiness. Suitable for Vegetarians. 200g.
