About our Bainbridge Farm Northumberland Honey

Honey from Bainbridge Farm, harvested by Claire & her family on their organic farm in Northumberland. Raw honey, cold extracted from the hives to maintain all of it's natural goodness. Bainbrdge Farm's apiary benefits from the year-round diverse mix of hedgerows, clover fields and moorland which produces a distinct floral honey. Our honey is cold extracted, filtered & unpasteurised to allow it to retain all of the micronutrients that are present when the honey is taken off the hove. The honey is extracted in small batches and therefor it's colour will vary depending on the season and flowers our bees feed on.
