Best quality South African Apricots give this jam a great taste used a lot for cake icing as well as a breakfast favourite with bagels or Danish pastry. Ingredients: Sugar, Apricots, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid. Prepared with 46g of Fruit per 100g. Total Sugar Content 69g per 100g.
