Made by Yorkshire based family run Bracken Hill Fine Foods with locally sourced produce. Blackberries or Brambles as we call them up in Yorkshire a good old fashioned Jam. Local company Bracken Hill make only the highest quality preserves made using locally grown ingredients wherever possible. Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberries, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid. Prepared with 48g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 69g per 100g.
