Local company Bracken Hill make only the highest quality preserves made using locally grown ingredients wherever possible. Mint Jelly is great with cheeses and salad. Ingredients: Sugar, Apple Juice (28%), Lemon Juice from concentrate, Wine Vinegar, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Mint (1%), Citric Acid. Prepared with 36 grams of fruit per 100 grams.
