Made by Yorkshire based family run Bracken Hill Fine Foods with locally sourced produce. Another winner at the Worlds Original Marmalade awards entered to go with sausages but for those who like it hot this is a great all rounder Seville Orange Marmalade with Chilli. Heat Level = Medium–Hot. Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges 37%, Yorkshire Chillies 2%, Lemon Juice (From Concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, (Prepared with 42g Fruit per 100g.
