Sloe Gin a favourite winter warmer incorporated into a jelly ideal for Game, Lamb, add to gravy and reduce to make a jus for Venison alternatively a sweet preserve. Ingredients Sugar, Sloe Juice 3% (From Concentrate), Lemon Juice (From Concentrate), Gin 4%, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, (Prepared with 38g Fruit per 100g.
