Made by Yorkshire based family run Bracken Hill Fine Foods with locally sourced produce. Bracken Hill use only Forced Rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb triangle for all our Rhubarb products giving the wonderful Pink colour and distinct taste not found in ordinary Rhubarb. Local company Bracken Hill make only the highest quality preserves made using locally grown ingredients wherever possible. Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid. Prepared with 41g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 69g per 100g.
