Made by Yorkshire based family run Bracken Hill Fine Foods with locally sourced produce. A Wholegrain Mustard made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena which adds a lovely rich flavour. This mustard is made by local Award winners, Bracken Hill Fine Foods. Ingredients: Mustard Seeds (42%), Balsamic Vinegar (SULPHITES 32%), Water, Honey, Spices, Sea-salt Allergen Information: No gluten. Contains Mustard and Sulphites.
