Organic Black Mustard Seed. Growing in the Mediterranean region, there are 2 types of mustard available; brown (black) & yellow (white). Yellow being milder than the brown seed. Ground mustard is usually from a mixture of both. Frequently used in Indian, African & Asian dishes or can be used for sauces, dressings &chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil releasing the flavour.
